What makes your biscotti so special?
We're fussy about our ingredients. We keep the almonds in the freezer and roast only what we need each day. We grind our own cinnamon and never use extracts. Everything is really fresh.

How far in advance does biscotti need to be ordered?
Usually a minimum of 3 business days. For busy times like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day it is best to order early to ensure your delivery. ShelleysBiscotti.com ships all over the United States via UPS Two Day Air, Monday through Wednesday. If you prefer, we can also ship UPS Overnight Monday through Thursday. At the present time, we cannot accept same day orders.

How long will your biscotti keep?
Sealed and wrapped, our biscotti remain fresh for up to three months.

I had your biscotti at a coffee shop this morning - they're really good! How can I get some for home?

Shelley's Biscotti was founded in 1996 and grew rapidly as restaurants, coffee houses, grocers, and gift basket companies sold our product. Since 2002, fans of the distinctive almond cookie have been able to order directly from our Website store.
